In Chapter 3 we talked about foods, recipes, and restaurants. For this blog, you should interview the owner or manager of a restaurant (not a fast-food restaurant). All group members should participate in the interview.
Ask at least 10 questions. You can ask when restaurant was first opened, specialties, number of employees, number of restaurants and other locations, etc. You can also interview other people (employees and/or customers).
Make sure to inform the people who you interview, that they are being videotaped. Ask them to sign a release form.
TASK: Start with a brief introduction (name of restaurant, location, and name of person being interviewed). Interview the manager / owner. Minimum 10 questions. Videotape the interview and then upload video to your blog.
